Volunteer Form

This form is for submission of your name to the Volunteer Roster.  Committees will be formed as needed, by selection from Citizens listed in the Volunteer Roster.  If you are unable to serve when called, your name will be returned to the Volunteer Roster.  Please see the Citizens Input Team Page for the requirements and responsibilities of a C.I.T. Volunteer.
