How to run for a C.E.R.B election.

To become a C.E.R.B representative you should do as follows, once an announcement of upcoming election has been made:
  1. Collect the endorsements of  ten (10) Cybertown citizens that will support you as a C.E.R.B nominee.  Five (5) of the supporters must be eligible for or have achieved the Elder Honor Title.  Send their nicknames and e-mail addresses along with your application for review and approval.
  2. When the all candidates for election have been approved, a date will be set for the Election to be held.  During the time leading up to the election, the candidates may campaign to get as many supporters as possible with banners, websites and/or ads.  If possible, debates will also be scheduled.
  3. All representatives are elected by the Citizens of the City.  Therefore it is very important that the election be well promoted and the candidates provide communications or websites stating why they would be qualified to serve the City in this role.
  4. During the election period, the City's citizens may vote for the citizen they feel will best represent them on C.E.R.B.  The balloting will be run under the auspices of the C.E.R.B. Chief who will provide a secure election method.
  5. Only one vote per citizen.
